PENDING VALIDATION

Terms of sale for paid courses

Conditions for buying a paid course on regulation-cra.eu: seller, price and payment, access, right of withdrawal for digital content, refunds and complaints.

Prepared by regulation-cra.euUpdated 2 November 2026Version 0.1Pending validation by the publisher

These terms apply to the purchase of a paid online course on regulation-cra.eu. They complement the Terms of use and the Privacy policy. Draft pending validation by the publisher — no paid course can be bought until it is validated.

1. Seller

Cryptaguard SRL, Fazantenlaan 9, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium — enterprise number BE 1007.610.660 — VAT number: BE 1007.610.660 — info@regulation-cra.eu.

2. What you buy

Personal access to an online course: its lessons, an assessment graded on our server and, if you pass, a Certificate of Completion. The certificate is a private credential issued by Cryptaguard SRL; it is not a qualification, licence or accreditation recognised by the European Union or any authority, and it says nothing about the conformity of any product. Courses explain the Cyber Resilience Act; they are not legal advice and do not make a product compliant.

The course page shows the programme, the number of lessons, the assessment rules and the version of the course before you buy.

3. Price and payment

  • The price is shown on the course page, in euros, with what it includes (VAT included, or VAT added at checkout where applicable). [VAT treatment for consumers and for businesses in other EU Member States — to be completed by the publisher.]
  • Payment is made on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Stripe. We never receive your card details. Stripe sends you a payment receipt.
  • The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation by email, which also records the request described in section 5.
  • Businesses: [invoice and VAT identification number — to be completed by the publisher].

4. Access

  • Access is attached to your account on regulation-cra.eu (your email address); it is personal and may not be shared or transferred.
  • Duration of access: [to be decided by the publisher].
  • Course content may be updated, in particular to follow changes in the law or its interpretation; we keep the version number of the course and of the assessment visible.
  • Accounts inactive for three years are deleted under the Privacy policy, after an email notice; deletion ends access.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once the supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose it (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); Belgian Code of Economic Law, Article VI.53, 13°).

Before paying, the course page asks you to tick a box by which you ask for access to start immediately and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal. Access is opened as soon as the payment is confirmed. [Whether a purchase without this request should be possible — to be decided by the publisher.]

6. Refunds

[Refund policy beyond legal obligations — to be decided by the publisher.] When a payment is refunded, access to the course ends.

7. Problems and complaints

Write to info@regulation-cra.eu. If the course cannot be accessed because of a fault on our side, we fix it or refund you. If we cannot find a solution together, consumers may contact, free of charge, the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst), North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be — after first writing to us. Consumers living in another EU Member State may also ask the European Consumer Centre of their country for help.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. [Competent courts — to be confirmed by the publisher.]
