regulation-cra.eu is an independent reference and training website on the EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847). Its aim is simple: make the official text easy to read and cite, explain it without misleading simplifications, and help teams take their first concrete steps.

Who publishes it

The site is published by Cryptaguard SRL (Belgium). Its founder, Matthieu Roland, is an independent consultant in cybersecurity, business continuity, crisis management, operational resilience, governance and compliance. Full details are in the Legal notice.

What you will find

  • The complete official text in English, imported from the Publications Office of the European Union, with stable links to every paragraph, the published corrigenda and their sources — see the regulation and versions and sources.
  • Guides explaining scope, obligations, vulnerability handling, conformity assessment and related topics, always linked to the provisions they rely on.
  • Practical resources (checklists and templates) and an orientation tool — none of them gives a verdict on your product.
  • A free introductory course with an assessment and a private Certificate of Completion.

How the content is produced

Explanations are kept visibly separate from the official text. Editorial content is drafted with the help of AI tools under the publisher's responsibility, checked automatically against the official text (every cited provision must exist; every quotation must match it word for word) and published with a “Needs review” status until a named person has reviewed it. Our editorial policy explains the rules.

Related sites

The same publisher runs continuity-resilience.com (cross-cutting training on continuity and resilience), regulation-dora.eu, directive-nis2.eu and regulation-ai.eu, and offers ResiPlan, a business-continuity software. We link to them where they genuinely help; ResiPlan is not a Cyber Resilience Act compliance tool.
