PENDING VALIDATION

Terms of use

Conditions for using regulation-cra.eu: free access, accounts, the free course and its Certificate of Completion, intellectual property and limits of liability.

Prepared by regulation-cra.euUpdated 2 November 2026Version 0.1Pending validation by the publisher

These terms govern the use of regulation-cra.eu, published by Cryptaguard SRL (see the Legal notice). By using the site you accept them.

1. Free access

The official text, guides, resources and the free course can be read without an account and free of charge. Paid courses are sold under the Terms of sale; a paid course can only be bought when its page shows a price and a purchase button. Courses marked “Coming soon” or “Not yet on sale” cannot be bought.

2. Accounts

An account is created by signing in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your mailbox and for activity under your account. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from your learning space.

3. Course, assessment and Certificate of Completion

  • The assessment of the free course draws a set of questions from a versioned question bank; answers are graded on our server.
  • The pass mark is 70 % and 3 attempts are allowed per assessment version.
  • Passing gives you a Certificate of Completion: a private credential issued by Cryptaguard SRL attesting that you passed the assessment on a given date. It is not a qualification, an accreditation or any other credential recognised by the European Union or by an authority, and it says nothing about the compliance of any product or organisation.
  • Each certificate has a unique identifier that anyone can check on the verification page. We may revoke a certificate obtained by fraud (for example, someone else taking the assessment) or correct one issued by mistake; the verification page then shows its status.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, circumvent security measures or rate limits, automate account creation, or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it.

5. Intellectual property

The official EU texts are © European Union and reproduced under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU. Guides, course material, resources, design and software are © Cryptaguard SRL. You may use the downloadable resources inside your organisation and quote short extracts with attribution to regulation-cra.eu; republishing them in full requires our permission.

6. No legal advice — limitation of liability

Content is provided for information and training, with care but without guarantee of completeness or of fitness for a particular purpose. It is not legal advice; decisions about your products should rely on the official text and, where needed, on professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Cryptaguard SRL is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version date appears at the top. Material changes affecting account holders will be announced on the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
